Have you installed drivers? if not than install from usbflash drivers from setool2 dist\drivers\usbflash folder than try again.

already install all drives i can do x10 u5 vivaz but this phone only happened this problem

What was phone condition before? check battery, try to connect in bootrom mode, if same problem than check hardware.
