W380a Unlock Problem Urgent Please help customer waiting!!

I have a sim card in the phone after the se tools asks me to put sim card it says sim card not present..
i tried different sim cards

It seems like you never used SETOOL DB2020 ALTBYPASS

Please ReadCarefully and Use Brain for a While :

Insert accepted sim card to fully charged phone
Go to SEMC tab and select W380a
press identify connect phone with "C" and make sure you have REST FILE and BYPASS PACKAGE available.

now go to SETTINGS Tab and tick "SIGNED MODE" + "ALT BYPASS"


Back to SEMC Tab
press UNLOCK/REPAIR
connect phone with "C" key
once Setool has finished
disconnect the phone and turn it fully on POWER ON AND LET THE MENU APPEARING
connect to the cable
set "PHONE MODE"
install the csca drivers (download w380 drivers from setool support)
let Setool detect it and execute it

once Software warns to disconnect and pressing READY
disconnect phone , remove the battery and put it back
press READY and connect phone with "C"
let SETOOL working to finish it ...

Now you're dun

In the end of unlock procedure, go to games folder in phone and delete executor file.

.... and if REST FILE and BYPASS PACKAGE available. NOT "PRESENT"

then select in setting
*signed mode
*enable alternative bypass security
*unlock after flash
*complete phone after flash


then put your cid 53 files in flash area an put generic file in your restore file area then press flash
