how to unlock possible without credit

I'm trying to unlock my W395 and this error below. I'm trying to do imei repair procedure, I generated the txt file with IMEI_Cryptor_for SEMC_Neptune and recorded using the Script Setool the unit dies and soon after I tried to make the release and presented this error:
