W595 flash problem

Hi;
W595 hang just after vibration with blank screen
I tried to flash it but don't complete flash

no when flashing a2 models must use C button

as it says in software..

same as when identify.. with bootrom mode it wont save sec units.

Is coming to me in this condition, the customer has purchased it new and after 2 days it has become like that.
Just after powering it, it vibrates (like all sony ericsson phones), but still hanging at this, no logo, not power off ...
After all after all attempts to flash, still same, don't complete the flash.
I'm sure that is a GDFS problem, but how to solve that?
