try to use USB cable, uncheck all, then check unlock/repair tab, then follow instructions on the screen appeared, sometimes if executor does not exist, you should flashed another firmware....

If it is a 5 locks phone,click on empty tab, like we do in repair gdfs, wrtie erom... used version 1 or v1.01, it's free

uncheck all in tab setting,click unlock repair,if u have 5 locks closed then only repair gdfs can solve,its free just do recovery,write good gdfs and erom no need flashing after ur phone will be unlocked

bro try to use usb cable n check ur setool setting click on signe mode , enable alternative security bypass , enable preloder bypass and customize phone after flash click on identify option. if ur bypass n restoration file present .than try to unlock ur phone n follow instruction on ur screen. best of luck bro

this phone is patch unlocked i think is not 5lock closed.and db2010 cid49 can be 5lock closed .and if can be its need only unlock no need reset operation

but for db2012 cid50 (w810) it can be 5 lock closed and here we need reset operation

correct me if im wrong
