I have a W910i which has the following firmware;

I want to debrand the phone for use in the UK, I cant find generic flash file under R1FA036. Can somebody please tell me which files I need to flash the phone with and what options do I tick in the settings(Signed mode and complete after flash?)

first dl the flash file in the support area. and in the setting check sign mode. complet after flash. then unlock/repair.

I flashed with the following file R1FA035_FS_WESTERN_EUROPE_SH_REDBROWNBLUE_CID52_49 .software

but now when I turn the phone on it says - Configuration Error: Please contact your network operator or service centre.

What Can I do now?

On the settings I had Signed mode and complete after flash ticked.

dear gO TO SETTING AND CHECK ONLY SINED MODE AND COMPLETE phone after flash
after check go to semc tab and press flash no file needed
