W960

Got my hands on a w960 that hangs when you put a sim card in so i downloaded the relevant flash files from support after completing most of the flash process it fails NOW it reboots after start screen...
ive read old post regs flashing with gdfs in ssw BUT the files isnt recognised when i attempt to write gdfs...
ANY IDEAS WILL BE GRATEFUL

go in empty fill tab and stay there
add gdfs in ssw format and write it to the phone
without to power on the phone write the flash files too,all the operations till now you must do on the empty fill tab after you have selected the proper model w960


something like that it must be...anyway i think you can easy skip this by doing first on settings customize phone after flash ...you give little details ..and i do not have setool plugged on the pc now..all that i told is as i remember i did some recoveries before

Thanks for the response BUT this handset isn't in the empty fill tab option (only just got the handset back from the customer)
