what happen with setool server

ho to every one, some one can tell what happend with setool, server, some mounth ago i buy a lot of credits for setool box, and all was good, but 3 mounth later said server its offline and still have a lot of credit, and when i try to unlock some models like U5i, LT15i or others more that it supported by setool, i can´t do any

For u5i, if aid004 you can't do anything, if aid003 or under no problem.
For lt15i, maybe phones you own have new sec.

Anyway post logs to see what is wrong with your tries.

the problem is that setool software said unlock done but nothing happend, the phone still locked

Your answer is in your log, aid 004 can't be unlocked, and not only by setool, but by any box too.

Instead of this phone is not supported it says loader aid 004!

Only author knows exact meaning of those codes!
