For credits issue, check it with your reseller.

here I see your are losing 3 credits because you did not read the faqs.
retry the unlocking process ("for free") but you have to tick 1+5+6 instead of 1+5

read and carefully follow post #3 paragraph CID80,81 HOW TO WORK WITH A2-BASED PHONES

forget to say, if your phone has r7dxxxx firmware you still need to downgrade it to r7cxxxx one, it is in the faqs
