When I accesing SETOLL SUPPORT BUTTON--showing this Error

need to active your box to access support.....

may be its need active your box because setool team already say they close old side

without activation not work support area.
so active your setool with 20 logs.

I AM USING 1.7 VIRSION AND I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED ACTIVATIONS..NOW I CAN LOG IN SUPPORT SITE THEN WHEN I CLICK dOWNLOAD ..THEN SHOWING THIS msgs.........
