plz sir i sent an imei 358280050230354 htc and i get a wrong code 60879945 , plz how can i do verify code help me plz

Their r no wrong codes in server it's always a phone which not accepting due to some security issue and not supported networks

he ask me sim network unlock pin and the operator is vodafone uk i think
