sorry, i don't know how "his boot key can be demage" and i don't even understand, what it is.
flashing s1 phone with proper firmware for this model can't kill phone, in worst case all you need - just reflash it.
it is required sometimes to connect phone via hard reset : hold volume up + power on for 10 seconds, until phone will vibrate shortly 3 times

problem with cdf files in support

hi everyone ,
i detected a problem with cdf file in support "R3A.MS_CDF_1277_3123.SIN_FILE_SET" , i had the same problem as many in this forum ,c6903 phone always in flashmode after flashing with setool (black screen) i think the problem is with the cdf file above , i fixed the issue by using third party flasher and a ftf format flash file ,hope this help

for c6903 z1 flashing

Always use original ftf file to flash sony experia z1, your handset may woke up after flash with setool but it wont show play store there. so use original ftf file and flash it with sony xperia flash tool. 100% positive response. wish you good luck

flash phone with other firmware version.
to connect phone when it "dead" you can use hardware reset.

start flash operation, attach cable to phone, then press hardware reset button for few seconds - phone should connect in flash mode and flashing will start.
most probably, you should also hold "volume down" button during this operation.

check this post or phone manual to find out where hardware reset button on xperia z1 can be found.
