I do all of this

1_first i flash with update service

2_i do hard reset with code

Nothing new mobile restart again and again with sim but without it sim it working very good

eny one fix this problem

i think this is hardwer problem i m also face in maney handsets but not solv in flashing

you try also change the network settings...
in my situation, i just set the network to WCDMA preferd/GSM
something change and i observe and change again the setings to GSM only and its going to restart again...

so i think it is the pa/of gsm band is the damaged...
