1) Set "VBATT" to "ON" state, "MBUS" to "OFF" state, BSI to "Z"

3) Check voltage between the needle and GND on the box (for
example on USB connector); It must be 1.8v
II. State "off" check (please reconnect MSS Box II before this
operation)

Can you show a screen where you are flashing an ODM phone from a DUMP image ?
I think this DUMP operation is better than sliced bread...no need to Load Main,Flex and LP ..just select your image from dump and flash.
No other ODM box supports this.
Also congrats for coming out of the dark ages and re introducing your product to the masses via this forum...as it was very hard to get questions answered involving MSS in the past....now we can talk to the actual users and get needed feedback.

just connect ur phone without battary and wait it turned on

we have many model version under v3i name
if u try with another v3i sw file ,ur phone will dead or go 2 blank screen or bootloader show only..

after model version name we will check the version g-0e-c8.0dr
if u will flash with monester flash-ff-or language file only..its not important 2 flash with higher version ..u can flash with same or make downgrade..its so easy..
but in normal flash file-reflash- must be same version or higher
