Q - How to remove Motorola Em325 User lock code?

Ans. You need to flash your phone to remove code.

What you require :-

1. Mss2 box

2. V3 usb cable

3. Mss Ultra Flasher

Process :-

1. press *#pwr button to take in download mode (with battery)
2. Connect Mss2 box with pc
3. now connect your handset with pc using v3 usb cable
4. Run Mss ultra flasher software
5. Select flash file (for flash file see link)
6. Now click on start button
7. After flashing complete you set is 100% ok.

Now , why this is world first ?

1. Almost 30 different forum i searched for this solution.

2. No where i found complete method.

3. I had tried , for Flash, unlock, write eeprom but not solved.

finally i use mss ultra flasher with linked flash file. My problem solved.

the most simplest procedure to remove user code/user phone lock code is
just connect the hand set in SCout .the code will be diplayed
