New using MSSBOX - GSM-Forum

Hi, im trying to read the info of a v3i I connect it by usb to the box and nothing happens and then i tried to connect it direct to computers usb and stills the same.
What im doing wrong.??

I also want to repair IMEI of this phone, what should i do?

Start MSS box service tool.Then start MSS1.28 and set it to information.
Now connect the usb cable from box special port to the off phone.
If all the drivers are correct instaled the phone must start and when is completlly on the phone information must apear in main window.

thanks it worked. Now I just have to repair the imei of a v3ire.... but i cant i tell sme unsoported phone...

Im not sure but i think IMEI change is not supported for this phone.
