v3re unlocking problem

hi friends i have problem v3re unlocking

when SW ask for a TP

remove first your BATT / supply

connect the red wire (supply) from your RJ45 to positive of your phone

now,

connect the TP and follow instruction

wait until done..

yes don't use service cable ordinary v3 cable i got that problem when i unlock w490

i had the same problem how so do i connect complete the the process always saying 40% error even i used not power usb. and another thing dat i notice is when i connect the red tp adaptor make a phone batt low indicator maybe that would be the problems why i cant unlock. anyone can explain the error?

@ uburo22 I have experienced some issues with my mssbox, here are some reasons that can make it work wrong, if you're telling that you have experience unlocking with mss box

1. PC power supply, use one with more watts

2. Bad RJ-45 connection, check cable and box conector and clean both, if you have an RJ-45 crimper then use it

3. Bad USB PC to box connection check cable

4. If your box isn't in warranty open it and check for cold solder in the USB and RJ-45 connectors

5. Check fuses and transistors next to USB connectors in mss box board
and replace them if need it

6. Check cold solder in mss testpoint cable
