i tried already.. the problem is .. when i open mss software... i click on flash... then i will browse for the file (already extracted the rar file) but the MSS SOFTWARE does not "recognize" the boot files from their OWN support area where in the ysay in the mssbox.com support forum... faq's and tutorials.. "just select boot files" and flash like normal files  how can i flash the file to the unit when mss GUI does not even read their own support file format | |

| because boot files go in "restore" tab you are flashing a restore file like a flashfile. please search "restore" button in mss software and try again. bye |

| no need big investigation, please read manual user and try with real instructions, dont forget use external power in box same Smart clip this is all problem, i tryed more 50 pcs. found perfectly, connecting mode Modem |
