 - Repair Bluetooth [for Android < 2.0]
 - Repair IMEI [for Android < 2.0]

bug fixes:

For Infineon platform
 - fix read unlock codes for old models
 - fix "Fix security" for some models
 - Unlock/repair IMEI improvements
 - Fix "Invalid IMEI" warning for E-Gold series
