Member: 780644 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.88888 Thanks Meter: 131,943 | Very important information about some malfunctioned hti (mxbox) MAIN LINK We have investigated the issue of some malfunctioned HTI. Our programmers/technicians together with NXP technicians discovered the cause of malfunctioned HTI. This malfunction is based on the flash memory of main IC. This malfunction is show only after few firmware updates. In total are 642 pcs IC with flash memory malfunction. NXP provided us with full list of IC unique ID serials, called OTP ID. Due security reasons and on NXP request, we are not able to post this serials. But we made an application where you can check if your HTI have this malfunction IC, application based on HTI OTP ID serial. Here is the link to check if your HTI have malfunction IC: Check HTI We updated HTI software and now you can read OTP serial number (this is the factory unique ID serial number for each main IC from NXP) We advice you to update your software by synchronize, read OTP ID serial number and you can check by yourself if your HTI is from this 642 pcs. How to update: - Open mobileEx.exe, Click "Synchronize Files" and Click "Update" when popup dialog showed. Go to this web site, type your HTI OTP ID and press "Check HTI". Check HTI If your HTI have IC with hardware malfunction, you will get this message: Your HTI have NXP chip with hardware malfunction. Please send to your reseller for exchange. WE CHANGE FREE OF COST ALL HTI WHAT HAVE THIS HARDWARE IC MALFUNCTION. THE EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE THRU RESELLERS and ONLY THIS WAY. SEND YOUR BOX TO RESELLER, RESELLER WILL SEND TO US AND WE CHANGE IT. EVEN IF YOUR HTI NOT HAVE MORE WARRANTY (older then 6 months) WE CHANGE IT FREE OF COST BR, Manole |
