A week ago I tried to register at sagdd support with my rocker dongle sn:xxxxxxxxxxx
and received a message stating "You will receive a response to your support request within 24 hours. ...
its now a week and i have not received my email confirmation from sagdd support. and when i try to buy credits from different resselers
they said that this serial is not associated with any login.
So please how can i get my email confirmation logins ? I have contacted the dongle reseller (ip-mart) with msg ID 1024443 with no luck

Hi,

To aquire SagDD server account for Rocker Dongle, You need to provide Rocker Smart Card ID to reseller. You'll then receive user/pass for server for first time.
You dont need to register Rocker at SagDD web page.

Next, if Your preffered reseller have no idea how and where to get logs, You can contact me directly, its very easy in fact.

Here is user manual (generic) about how to use SagDD software with rocker dongle :

Upon the need for a SagDD server account for Rocker Dongle. is my main problem. If you are in the position to be communicating with my reseller ( ip mart ) directing them towards msg ID 1024442 and can process this saver account. may be right for me.
I have forwarded your information promptly to my dongle reseller. ...
I have previously said that
"I have contacted the dongle reseller (ip-mart) with msg ID 1024443 with no luck"
However, regardless, my reseller doesn't really know what exactly i want.

maybe YOU not understand... you need credits to use this software....

the reseller is supposed to give me username and password first. read carefully legijas post

Read your serial number of rocker dongle and send to me by email ...I will help
