Sad but your file is empty.
Try read fullflash and attach link to file here. Will see how to help you to restore phone.
Also i need log from software screen here.

Just check first size of file - fullflash file size cant be less then 1.5 mb.
As i see here is just 664 bytes so it is also - empty.
Tell me which software version you use. and if possible - attach here info from software screen after connect with phone. It can be important.

P.S. Version of exe is important for me cos i want find last exe sources and compile bug fixed version.

my software version is 1.34 , i try repair eeprom and now phone dead
