solution is not possible build without full dump with original firmware.
i only can calc codes for your phone by hands.

today read other phone c3200 movistar in mexico and unlock, and see all code perfect

There is only one way. It is necessary to find the same phone in which codes aren't read and to look at the version of its firmware.
And to contact with me I will send the test version of the program.

Still I asked a sticker photo which is under the battery. Probably this any is special the version of phone and in marks there will be instructions on it. Please - make an accurate photo of a label and the reference to this photo send in private messages.
