A: If You have paypal, You can pay directly. If not, You can order it from Algsmunlock server, Ipmart site, and many others resellers.

Q: Support price listed on Your site is 20 euro. My reseller is charging me more then that.
A: Some resellers must pay VAT and other tax. It is normal that price can vary.

Q: I paid with paypal, but my account is not activated after 10 minutes.
A: This process is not automatic , all payment are checked first. If You cannot enter support 24 hours after payment, contact me via PM, ICQ, Sonork or e-mail.

A: First check if smart card is phisicaly present. Next, make sure to use drivers from this link. Some other "developers" tent to use modified/hacked drivers, which are making colission with original drivers. You'll need to clean the system if this is the case.
