to be honest, i have one Rocker Box, nice but not worth enough. Mr lejija flowered his box to make it look good. Rocker originally supports Motorola, but add-on Sagem, LG, Samsung. but as a whole very bad. In Motorola - he's not working anymore, Samsung - once in a blue moon update, LG - you can just forget it. so why buy RIFF?

save your money for a better, a little expensive boxes but best in support, best box for actual operations, and regular updates.

Ex. in Motorola: several models are supported but think twice sometimes it does kill a phone and eventually you'll realize that you need Smartclip to revive.

not all motorala models are supported! that's worst!

it cannot flash phone from the box RJ45 into USB working RX/TX, direct USB - PC to Phone is in most cases disappointing. Other boxes does better.

Some model in Compal has no option to format.

Maybe Mr Lejija think we can earn always thru unlocking. he's wrong with that. He might need Smartclip to work with Motorola phones Professionally. LOL...!

man before telling nonsense here and insult other customer need think and compare.
How much new motorola phones you see now ( i mean not supported by dongle models)??? most of supported now migrate to new cpu which impossible unlock by cable. ( Smartclip also not unlock those models -if you want be honest). if you got so much problem with our product WHY you not ask for help before? for request any special features - exist special thread here. WHY you never ask us to add format option to Compal models and why you not give us list of models which need to add?
you right about unlocking - if 99% of users ask us to add unlock we made this - if you re read releases history carefully - at least for most ODM models we was first in the world with our solutions.
Next sagem - it is only nice bonus for our customers. and again it maded aprox one month before nearest competitors was do some similar. this month our users earn money in they pockets. next is LG - try at least compare supported models list - it not so different from LG shark`s boxes like Vygis, Henrich,Saras (those man start LG soft many years ago) or maybe some newborn team if you prefere them. and even in this environment we also try to mede some solutions before other teams. yes i agree some time then we add new for us phone platforms we lay down on a bottom and do hard work to add many new phones and make our customers rich.

So please - Please if you have constructive offers - don't hesitate to address to us through personal messages. We always try to help our clients.

before talk bull**** try to learn basic about USB and Serial (which was RJ45) you cant connect USB only models via RS232 protocol it different like sun and moon. via rj45 you can connect ONLY models with non usb protocol so if software give message - "please insert usb cable" this mean what you must take your USB cable and attach it to PC USB connector(NOT TO RJ45 connector). from first motorola phones peoples know what for some reasons (PC related) for flashing USB based motorola you need use direct PC connection - not need use HUBs with 15 phones or dongles connected in it. as for RJ45 connector - it need only for UNIBOX cables. for usb phones - unibox cables not present at all so impossible made mistake then.

Best regards.

@ODMRocker

LOL

let's make things clear. Send me a Smartclip and i will send back my Rocker with additional payment. I don't talk here as if i don't know. I'm working 12hrs everyday in my shop for about 8 yrs. how can i not know the limitations of my Rocker Box. Please be honest, rocker is a good box but not better enough, though sometimes things even get worse. What it makes disappointing is that when you killed a certain phone you will need another doctor box to revive it, that is tested many times with my friend smartclip.

i fiind hard to decide buying a smartclip now since motorala servicing get slow already, return of investment will take longer.

so get over man.

i have USTPRO that stop from updating yet im so much satisfied with its servicing up to the models which are supported. Rocker did slow in update that is very untimely.

@Rabatu

Please, if You have some specific problem, explain it, and if possible we will try to find solution.
Many problems comes due to differently organized things in Rocker software GUI.
Some people simply dont know which button to click.

So now, i will close this topic, and if You have any specific problem with specific phone model, You can open new thread and ask for support.

Thank You.
