Rocker dongle serial not found on dc-unlocker website

I am unable to activate my rocker from dc-unlocker website,

It said dongle sn not found. I copy my serial number from support area.

What do i do?

mr, have you paid for dc unlocker activation? if yes consult the resaller you bought from. if no then you need to pay for dc unlocker activation this is paid for add on activation to rocker dongle

just download DC software and runs it with your rocker connected
after first connect to server, your serial will be listed there
