But if Your payment came from this paypal id - abdellahf2001@yahoo.ca, then You dont need to contact me at all, i have deleted this SN from DB and blacklisted it, because payment was unauthorized, and put on hold by Paypal.

I DON T undersdant the reason blacklisted my box s/n,unauthorized payement?
since one year i tried to contact you for buying activation by westen union.you never give me a way for sending you the money.i need use my box.the only way i follow is to ask a friend to make the payement for with his card because no card transfert is possible in my country.if the problem is only about my friend paypal,give me simple way via moneygram or western union transfert method please.i need my box and want to use it.thank you

So check with Your "friend". He can easy go to paypal and cancel this bull$****.

Well afaik you ask for activation but you refuse to pay, so you try to cheat him.... anyway try to make payment via WU or wait till he contact you if he doesn't no body can help you, sorry.

For me this topic is closed, and i will not tolerate any further discussion on this. One thing i cannot stand is credit card fraud.
