please team rocker why if somebody have the problem you can not solved this problem????? i have problem about samsung support but i can not open this softh the same word STRING NOT ACCEPTED,,,????? what is exaltly the solution????

use the new support.exe..then open samsung support area from it, u will see ur new string there
