Hi Rocker Team Have Brand New Dongle I install Driveres etc But Always Card Not Found Error Plz Help To Solve This Problem...

You need to have 3 new devices found after You connect Rocker box.

- Rocker Box
- Rocker Com port
- Smart Card

Depending on smart card type, it will also consist for few more devices :

E-Gate cards :

- E-Gate smart card reader under "Smart Card Readers"
- E-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator under "E-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators"
- E-Gate USB Smart Card under "E-Gate USB Smart Card"

JCOP Cards :

- Rocker Dongle Smart Card under "Smart Card Readers"

Take note - if You have JCOP card, in some windows versions it may install default windows driver which will NOT WORK, and You will have to install ROCKER driver manually.

just open any installed rocker software in your pc.
check if its working.

Hi, here you've e-gate drivers to re-install:

E-Gate Smart Card WinXP Driver
E-Gate Smart Card Vista Driver

If after re-installing drivers you keep getting same error (card not found), try to pull out smart card from rocker and put it back, sometimes smart card is not connected properly;ask your reseller if your warranty is void by doing this. If you don't want to touch your Rocker then you may ask to your reseller for a replacement.

Hi,
As I can see, You have JCOP card. To install drivers, do this :

- Download and unpack JCOP drivers from www.rockerdongle.com
- Right click to "USB Smart Card reader" and select "update Driver"
- Select to install driver manually, and point windows to folder with unpacked Rocker JCOP driver.

Thats it.

Hello!Rocker Work In Vista Ok! For win 7 install drivers to Vista.

*Extract JCOP41_USBDriver & install DPInst

Connect the Rocker box..

*After that Locate these driver finally (RockerDongle_Box_Driver_2.2.4.0)
