U960 Current simlock state: ALREADY UNLOCKED - GSM-Forum

I have one u960..unlocked with rocker..working ok 4 month, but customer want to reflash the phone..
Ok...I flash with support version, efs erase, and when I want to unlock...

Current simlock state: ALREADY UNLOCKED..but phone locked...

Solution?

Solved with SMTi, but with one log..........

Please check your software.......is still with bugs......
