but i cant find the correct place to do it.please help me to do this registation.

when im going to turbo support area it saying.......
Your card is not registered for support area access.
If You want to access Rocker Dongle support, please select it from support access software.
Turbo Support access requires PAID activation.C19A3A3C3C446D84
please tell me what i have to do..

What happen, if the support in turbo suppor is out of date, i can't download any flash...????
