hi

nokia 6300 (2x5 connecter) is restarting i try to format it but facing this error please check log and guide me

Generally speaking ,it is the wrong define bring this rerult. tick up "repeat scan" ,then scan again.

did u try with XT-L4A cable?

this is arouse by the wrong define.try to do as follows:

1, tick up "repeat scan".
2,clear the connector.
3.use "Auto define" to spy it .
4.connect the clips first, don't connect the connector to the phone until you click "scan define".

or try a lower baudrate

here i have found it is not the problem of baud rate, i just cleaned the board and reflow on the flash ic, in my thinking "initalisation error" shows due to if it can't read the flash id version

when you spy define, do as follows:
first, click "spy define" . then connect the clips and connector to the phone.

dear friends
v pro shows mtk chips are cannected give Rx & Tx but not show mtk model no & complete status
without complete status infinity cannot work with this com or i cannot format phone . these problem same in segmatle mobiles
any sugation for me what
can i do for formatting phone
