Ve pro is the best box for china . i am using last 1 year .but 1 problem face Ve pro not Save Eeprom backup and many phones damage Eeprom after formating .many time face the problem . need some thing about this problem .thanks ...

what is the chipset ? which version you you are using ?
you may read the file first then backup it after formating.

u mean that read full flash before formating ... for this need 20min and many sets not read many time test it gave Errors now we need new update ve pro that he save Eeprom backup like infinity box ..

select correct comport and baud.

then do as like the picture i attached.

1 read info
2 on advanced tab you will see the eeprom area.
3 back on main tab, select flash area.
4 fill the start add and length that you see in advanced tab.
5 then click on read flash, now you have backup eeprom area.

backup the file before you formate it ,because there has some risk when formating the phone.. generrally speaking , if 16M ,will formate the last 2M ,if 8M ,will formate the last 1M, if 32M ,formate 16M.
