it show me on main soft : ve dongle not found.
i try to reinstall it second time
allways .ve dongle not found.
not that when i reinstall dongle computer detect only:www.ftsafe.com like the new hardware and install it.nothing else
please help me

have you try to change another USB connector ?or change another computer .
if still the same problem,maybe there is something wrong with the dongle.
