VEKING very bad box attention not buying!!! Because qtdongle 2 month dead contact me reseller question : pls BUYING NEW QTDONGLE not warranty !!!

Ur problem is with ur reseller WHERE IS THE WARANTY

if your dongle is bad,you can send it to your reseller and change an good one.

have problem not connect to box,

try uninstall driver & install driver still same problem...

Uninstall all VE.
Install VEKing 3.3b setup
Install PL2303 driver
Restart computer
Plug USB cable to box
Wait and connect
If can't solve go to my computer/properties/hardware/device manager
Check box comport

already try with another computer install new setup, driver,restart pc still same problem....
