i tried all solution but no luck
then i flash it by this

Soul ROM 4.0

and restore nandbackup
backup TWRP 5.0.2 для M8D (HTC M8D TWRP??_??????|??? ??-?????)

But No Luck
My Problem Now with Wifi
it's always disabled
