Can not install OTA,cid 11111111 - GSM-Forum

I did SUPER CID my HTC One Max,i need to install "OTA_T6_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_4.13.401. 7-3.23.401.1_release_4360116ezjvoz69qm8rzky" but it says CID is not compatible.Below is phone information.What's the solution please?

1st extract firmware.zip from ota flash via fastboot

fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash firmware.zip
fastboot reboot

After done use ful ota.zip

Step 1 & 2 done but don't know how to flash ota,sorry i'm little confused since it is OTA update file.is there any ruu exe link to download?

Now i received "RUU_T6_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_hTC_Asia_TW_4.12.709.7_R adio_4T.36.3218.06_10.33R.1718.01_release_434830_s igned_2_4" but can not install it giving error "Bootloader version error"

Now tried with following shipped rom and problem solved:
"RUU_T6_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_O2_DE_4.13.207.7_Radio_4 T.36.3218.06_10.33R.1718.01_release_436012_signed_ 2_4"
