model:d816w dual sim have pattern and fastboot not active, i cant do hard reset i download firmware from support irkey but i found it as zip file, i need to know how to flash on normal mode or how to remove this pattern.

1st try this hold vol dwn+ pwr select recovery mode nd reset yur device

if not wrk simply unlock yur bootloader it vil reset yur device

To flash stock zip firmware

fastboot oem rebootRUU

fastboot flash zip pxxximg.zip

fastboot reboot

To get fastboot do like this,power on phone,then hold vol down + power,wait for phone power off,now just release power button and still hold vol down,wait for 5second,now you are in fastboot for sure...

phone doesnt enter fastboot when i press volume down+power phone on,because on setting fatboot is not checked so please help me to flash this phone with ruu file not zip because phone doesnt enter to fastboot or to recovery to make order on dos like fastboot oem rebootRUU thanks sir and waiting for your help...

Did you try my trick ?,otherwise you should check phones key from hardware.
