I have Desire Z Hang on Logo Problam I tryed Hardreset But mobile in Same problam .

Mobile cid: HTC__044

Here is the Detail's Boot loader :

Vision pvt ship S-on
hboot-0.85.0015
microp-0425
Radio-26.10.04.03_M
eMmc-boot

can anyone have this Rom ?

Allready I tryed those Rom:
RUU_Vision_Gingerbread_S_hTC_Asia_TW_2.42.709.10_R adio_12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_201045_sign ed
RUU_Vision_Gingerbread_S_HTC_WWE_2.42.405.2_Radio_ 12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_199043_signed

It's Not compitable this Device can anyone Give Correct Rom Thank's

It is Asia wwe cid. You can download some flashfiles here.
But I think it is hardware problem. I saw many desire Z with flash chip corrupted with the same symptoms.

Yes brother Most Of Desire Z device Problam is Flash Chip .

U gived Rom link i think it's should work My device Because same Rom Can u give other link For this Rom ? Because that link was Having Differnt Language

So you have downloaded file, renamed it to PC10IMG.zip, copied to sdcard, right?

Yes All is Well But No image&Wrong image Only came Brother .

Do you use goldcard or not? If not, make goldcard. Or try another sdcard.
Or try to flash via fastboot:

fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip PC10IMG.zip

Try goldcard. And if you have XTC clip do s-off and try to flash again.
