Hello guys! I need urgent help with a ruu file - GSM-Forum

Hello I am new here, I have an HTC One M9 and I rooted it and installed a custom rom which I did not like, now I want to go back to stock but I cannot find the RUU zip for my phone, I am s-ON and I am not planning to pay 25$ for s-OFF, I just need a RUU file compatible with my T-Mobile HTC One M9, currently on:
build number 3.39.531.7
Baseband version 01.01_U11440801_97.04.60111G_F

I have been 48 hours searching for a RUU compatible with my phone, but without any succes and I am desperate, my WI-FI doesnt work neither my bluetooth, only 4G/LTE, can someone please help me with this issue? I will be so grateful. Thanks

Phone should be in download mode or fastboot mode to read all info correcly.
