created gold card and renamed rom.zip into PG76IMG.zip but not working

unlocked boot loader with htcdev and rooted and flashed boot.img and system.img via fastboot but not working

i'v try multi tools to get super cid but cant get it

do s-off for your phone. now all most any htc tool supports s-off for this model.
after that, conect it in fastboot. give command : fastboot oem writecid 11111111
press Enter than fastboot reboot-bootloader
to reboot it in to fastboot again. you can conform operation by comand " fastboot getvar all" at the var's you should see "CID:11111111
thats factory cid. right now your cid is vodafone and apears conflict in writing different cid firmware.

i've try to get s-off but i think i'm missing somthing
i gess that my hboot version is too high
any idea to get s-off !!!!
