bro pls help me htc onex imei showing unknown. customer telling first it is gone into flight mode again came like this ....how to solve this plssss

i have same problem
i tried many solutions but wasn't help me...
i was change cid,unlock bootloader and i tested many roms like as official or customs
my device gone into flight mode and when i tring to turn off it,it couldn't happen.
unknown IMEI and baseband

i hear something about that one x (at&t) can fix unknown imei with riff box
