After unlock boot loader with HTC Dev team. with Revolutionary I am getting this error, Your Device pyrmid, with HBOOT 1.27.0000 is not supported at this time. any other way to getting S-OFF.

Rooting and S-Off both are different things.
For rooting install custom recovery then update supersu vie sdcard.

The S-OFF is to disable security bootloader to allow us, among other things, write in system ROM.
You need to change to get the ROMs and root.
There are 2 methods to get the official HTC would not recommend to anyone and the Revolutionary
