how to upgrade htc hero gsm to android 2.1
 

i need step by step method for upgrading htc hero gsm.

Root, recovery, uprom :D

1. Root Device using http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f606...hones-1147176/

2.Go to Android Market And Install ROM Manager

3. pick option Flash ClockworkMod Recovery

4. Download http://download.cyanogenmod.com/get/cm_hero_full-81.zip and copy it to your SDCard

5. boot your phone into Recovery mode by turning off your device and press ( Home key + Power key )

6.from recovery menu pick flash zip from sdcard

7. pick cm_hero_full-81.zip
