Download SPD Upgrade tool (all versions)
download latest version
open researchdownload and select file
above indian file is working
click on start download
switch off your phone hold volume down key and put usb
wait for finish

.
Thanx ur given link is 100% working for htc desire 326g stuck on logo. Solved in upgrade latest tool.
