hello. didn't test my solution for this htc model but for HTC M9 tested and work 100%

-fist make s-off. ( i used htc 2 clip. shearch on google how to make s-off)
-download and flash last twrp recovery
-put phone in recovery mode
then open adb and use this comands

adb.exe kill-server
adb.exe start-server
adb.exe shell
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p48 /// mmcblk0p48- contains frp lock

then hard reset phone, advance wipe dalvick cache.
That's it.

OK assuming you can get S-off via java card it would be possible to flash back to 5.0 stock rom prior to updated security to fix it. That's what I gleamed from some posts on xda. I will try it in the next couple of days and get back to youz.

In type google option have a shpie if have a shpie try like huawei trick

but it work or not im not sure i try huawei many device work for me but htc not tested yet...............
