HTC 816W Deadboot

This is not an MTK based device, And since it can't be detected as Preloader, SP-Flashtool has nothing to do with it.
Are you sure that PC was detecting it as an MTK device !!??,
Let's pretend that is true, There must be something wrong related to the drivers or something else, can't be sure.
So, i suggest you try to connect it to another PC first,
Also, you can disassemble the phone and know what you're dealing with.
And FYI, HTC 816G has MTK Chip, 816W has QUALCOMM Chip.

Used BST

D816W
Hardware: mt6582

Scanning devices ... 1 found
dev[1] mt6582_phone
Mode: fastboot
Hardware: TH55
Manufactory: UNKNOWN
MID:
Can't match device model , your devie maybe is not a HTC product

after flash with SP Tool, only lights up no boot
SP Flash Tool reads it as preloader

any firmware that can revive it?
