"call not sent" problem after unlock sim

Hello,

I have htc desire 510, I had unlock it and sim worked but when I make call it give me this message "call not sent" and end call then open virgin mobile app
you can see this pic

please help

You can't make voice calls

If Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown, your call won't go through when roaming.
Turn your own caller identification on or off

Find "Additional settings"Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.


Press SETTINGS.
Press Call.
Press Additional settings.

Turn your own caller identification on or offThe current settings are displayed.
Press Caller ID.
Press Hide number or Show number.

Return to the home screenPress the home icon to return to the home screen.

I can't find Additional settings
