HTC A9 flash hosd error

I am trying to flash 1.56.401.70 version's hosd file. (I am on android 7, unlocked boot loader and s-on btw) but fast boot always says "FAILED (remote: image ASN1 verify failed. cannot flash this partition)"

how can I fix this? I have to downgrade to android 6. and on the internet, there is a lot of people downgrading their phones with s-on. so I think there is no reason to s-off for downgrading.

Please help me. Thanks for your helps.

Unlock you phone, flash twrp.
Restart in recovery go to advanced, terminal and digit this command:

echo -ne "1.27.401.5\x00\x00" | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p28 bs=1 seek=2208

after download https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24399994186369413 rename it in 2PQ9IMG.zip and copy in your sd card.
Restart in download mode and press volume up.
