HTC Amaze unlock problem

Hi everyone;
I have HTC Amaze 4G it's net locked.I received unlock code and enter unlock code.Phone says Network unlocked successfully and reboots but after rebooting still asks for unlock code.Is there special way to permanent unlock?
To my wonder,any digit i enter it accepts as unlock code
Have you got any idea about that?Is there special ROM to solve this problem?

Its asking for imsi code if you look carefully
This problem present after repair with jtag.
Cause of problem is bad PGFS,and till now there is no prefect solution.

Hi i got this problem few days ago here is process

1st remove sim from mobile and power on it
2nd connect phone phone with wifi
3rd go to setting- about phone and update ur phone
4th after update successfully insert sim and enter code again

your problem is solved.
